Via our Work for Equity program, any work on a Four Steps home — yours or another Four Steps home, major or minor — could count toward your rent.
Taking the Guesswork out of Your Budget
Do you have trouble keeping up with monthly payments? If so, we may be able to help you stabilize your budget. We can work with your employer to ensure that your house or rental payments are made in a timely manner by setting up automatic monthly payments directly from your paycheck.
Responsibility Reaps Rewards
Consistent, on-time payments build up goodwill and trust with us. As a result, we might arrange a slight discount on your rent each month when you pay on time, or better yet, early.
