Your Credit Report
By joining Four Steps Home you authorize Four Steps Home to verify your rent with the proper authorities and understand that after Four Steps Home is able to verify your information, your rental data will be provided to the credit bureau to be added to your Credit Report within 20-160 days from initial account creation. You agree to provide Four Steps Home necessary personal information as required by Four Steps Home, credit-reporting agencies and in requesting verification of positive or derogatory credit information from the landlord or property manager of the member.
Data Validation Authorization
Four Steps Home will verify and certify the rental information provided by the member. If Four Steps Home has a problem verifying your information, you will be contacted. You may be contacted by your landlord or property manager to verify your participation in the site and or service, and that you have given permission to Four Steps Home to verify information that you have provided as part of your membership or activation of the Service. You agree that promptly upon receipt of any correspondence related to the Four Steps Home service, you will provide permission for Four Steps Home to access the correspondence and or act on your behalf. You also agree to forward a copy of such correspondence to Four Steps Home.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between Four Steps Home and you.
