Call or register online now to complete Step 1. Once we receive your information, we will contact you to schedule an appointment to review the form. After we complete the review, we will notify you of the results. Once you are approved, we will work with you to begin the home search!
If you are not initially approved as a VIP Member, don’t give up hope! We will work with you to determine the additional steps needed.
Please note, we assess a one-time VIP application fee of $95. Four Steps Home uses these funds to run a credit check and to do the research necessary to determine the program that will best fit your needs.
